She is survived by: her husband William Carter (Benny) of Oxford; her children, Bradford Carter of Oxford, Scottye Carter-Dewey (Aaron Dewey) of Oxford and William Carter (Nicole Carter) of Seattle, WA; her granddaughter Layla Grace Carter; her sister Elaine Holt Rockenhaus (Kurt) of Boise, ID; and her mother-in-law Blanche Carter. She is also survived by many brother- and sister-in laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, and grand-niece and nephews.
