It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Gilmer Wharton (Oxford, Mississippi), who passed away on September 25, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father William Wharton. He is survived by: his wife Marianne Wharton; his children, Emily Wharton of Somerville, MA and Samuel Wharton (Dena) of Sacramento, CA; and his brother Chris Wharton (Suwanee) of Baltimore, MD. He is also survived by brothers-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
