He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman H. Brammer and Mabel Beard Brammer; and his brothers, Donald and James. He is survived by: his wife Jean Caines Brammer of Oxford, MS; his children, Nancy Brammer of Jackson, MS, Randal Brammer of Lacey's Spring, AL and Steven Brammer of Washington, D. C.; and his grandsons, Dan Glenn Williams IV of Jackson, MS. and Charles Brammer Williams of Jackson, MS..
