It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Coolidge Ball of Oxford, Mississippi, born in Inverness, Mississippi, who passed away on August 29, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hervey Ball and Lillie Ball of Indianola, MS; and his siblings, Roosevelt Ball (Gloria Dean) of Indianola, MS and Daisy Ball. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Adams Ball of Oxford, MS; his children, Telitha "Tee" Ball of Southaven, MS and Anthony "Amp" Ball of Oxford, MS; his grandchildren, Marion and Mason Ball of Jacksonville, AR.; his siblings, Herbert Ball of Indianola, MS, Eugene Ball of South Euclid, OH, Lillian Boswell of Phoenix, AZ, Idella Ball of Houston, TX, Roberta Johnson of Greenville, MS and Leon Ball of Phoenix, AZ; and his daughter Alicia McGowan of Horn Lake, MS.
