He was predeceased by: his wife Effie Lee Howe Miller; his son Charles M. Miller; and his parents, James H. Miller and Maggie Irby Miller. He is survived by: his children, Mary Franklin (Steve), Virginia Weaver (Andy), Betty Edington (Joey), Joe Miller, Bobbie Clayton (Mike), Billy Miller (Cheri), Linda Chappell (Mike) and Brian Miller; and his sister Mary Evelyn Tyler (Charles). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and 4 great great-grandchildren.
