He is survived by: his children, Michael Dudley Waters (Jamye), Judith Marie Theriot (Andy) and Steven Cecil Waters (Lori). He is also survived by six grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at 100 Azalea Dr, Oxford, MS 38655.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Charles' memory to Germantown United Methodist Church Seekers Sunday School Class, 2331 South Germantown Road, Germantown, TN 38138.
