He is survived by: his wife Nancy Franklin of Oxford, MS; his daughter Sheryl Franklin (Shawn Powell) of Oxford, MS; his stepdaughter Janice Miller of West Point, MS; his stepgrandchildren, Edward Griffin of Florida and Kayleigh Griffin; and his siblings, James Arthur Franklin (Esther) of Wichita, KS and Sarah Ann Brown of Tupelo, MS. He is also survived by 8 sisters-in-law, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
