He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Coleman and Katherine Carothers Coleman; his grandparents, Henry, Octavia Carothers, Anderson and Annie Mae Coleman; and his siblings, Patricia Pearson and Andrew Coleman.
He is survived by: his siblings, Shulla Coleman of Oxford, Mississippi, David Coleman (Karen) of Etta and Jimmie Coleman of Oxford, Mississippi; and his wife Karen Coleman of Davenport, IA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the L. Hodges Funeral Service (721 Damascus Rd, Oxford, MS 38655).
