He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Wade, Sr. and Ruth Brownlow McNeer; and his brother Warren Lee McNeer. He is survived by: his daughters, Melanie Harmon (Dennis) of Brandon, MS and Melissa Tollison (Randy Gammel) of Oxford, MS; and his siblings, Pam Bowers, Judy Miller and Jerry McNeer. He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
