It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Jean Harris in Oxford, Mississippi, born in Humboldt, Tennessee, who passed away on January 18, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Eugene Laster and Myrtle Estella Parrish; her husband William Harris; and her siblings, Margie, Bobby, Nell and Billy.
She is survived by: her sons, David Micheal Harris (Valerie), Gerald Wayne (Denise), Dennis Darryl (Robin) and William Barry (Cathleen); and her sister Jane. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
