She is survived by: her children, Lavorace Frierson and Kenyon (Avis); her grandchildren, Imani Corbitt, Ken (Nia Frierson) and Moriah Price; her sisters, Stella Frierson Buford and Vickie Frierson Adams (John); her sister-in-law Wilma Frierson of Oxford, MS; and her nieces, Andrea Booker (Terrance) and Jacelyn Frierson of Atlanta, GA. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
