He is survived by: his siblings, Bobby Carothers of Oxford, MS, Ronnie Carothers of Oxford, MS, Ollie Carothers, Jr. of Oxford, MS, David Carothers (Dorothy) of Oxford, MS and Coretta Carothers of Oxford, MS; and his brother-in-law Mack Vaughn of Oxford, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
