He is survived by: his wife Susie Capell Parker of Oxford; his children, Cody Parker (Sammi Smith Parker) of Oxford and Mandy Parker of Oxford; and his grandchildren, Alexis Hankins of Oxford, Hudson Shoffner of Oxford and Mary Macallan Parker of Oxford.
