He was predeceased by: his wife Charlotte Manning; his son Randall Manning; and his parents, T. Z. Manning and Fannie Walley Manning. He is survived by: his sons, Billy Manning (DeLinda), Dwayne Manning (Karen) and Phillip Manning (Angela); his grandchildren, Monica Manning, Meagan Brooker (Jacob), James Manning (Dana), Adam Williams, Josh Lee Williams (Lisa), Elizabeth White (Austin), Bree Heeke (Ky), Bailey Manning, Marshall Manning, Jeremy Manning, Josh Manning (Ann) and Jacob Manning (Kelsey); and his daughter-in-law Gwen Hale (Randy). He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Beech Cemetery.
