He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnson Rowell and Aundia Rowell; his sons, James Rowell and Alan Rowell; and his brother Reese Rowell.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Rowell of Ovett; his sons, Lee Rowell (Karen) of Ellisville and Clint Rowell (Patricia) of Ovett; and his siblings, Kenneth Rowell of Ovett, Gracie Bosarge of Ovett, Edna Taylor of Ovett and Helen Massengill of Ovett. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
