He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Holmes and Irene Holmes; his grandson Dakota Holmes; and his brother Alan "Duck" Holmes. He is survived by: his children, Shannon Holmes of Richton and Jason Holmes of Ellisville; his grandchildren, Bailey Bresse, Conner Bresse, Darren Holmes, Chloe Holmes and Katelyn Holmes; his great grandchildren, Karter Holmes and Karsyn Holmes; his siblings, Irvin Robertson of Petal, Charles Robertson of Soso, Richard Holmes of Biloxi, Kay Holmes of Panama City, FL and Darlene Williamson of Soso; his stepgrandchildren, Haleigh Brewer and Jayden Graham; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Ella Brewer.
