She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Levi McCardle and Georgia Ann Pitts; and her siblings, Julie Wiggers, Steve, Charlie and Bruce McCardle.
She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Bissell of Salem, Oregon.; her daughters, Jan Torres (Fernando) of Salem, Oregon, Jeannie Winn (Michael) of Beaverton, Oregon and Markham Bissell of Salem Oregon; and her siblings, Caffie McCardle of Salem, George McCardle of New Augusta and Dean McCardle of Janice, Mississippi.
