He is survived by: his wife Shay Phillips Bates; his children, Mason Bates (Emilie) and Madison LeRay (Logan); his sister Michelle Ishee (Ben); his sister-in-law Shonda Mann (Scott); his father-in-law Travis Phillips (Angie); his aunt June Gibson (Ronnie); his nieces and nephews, Rachel DeLeon (Jorge), Carley Dear (Donald), Macie Ishee, Hunter, Jackson, Colton Mann and Abbi English; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aiden, Ben, Oliver, Sara DeLeon, Carter, Caden Dear, Scarlett and Sophia Pipkins; his siblings-in-law, Justin Pipkins (Haley) and Brittany Pipkins; and his cousin Alison DeLeon (Edglar).
