He is survived by: his wife Sheryle Russum; his former wife Mary Lousie Lewis; his children, Robert Russum (Patricia) of Ovett, Steven Russum (Ramona) of Beaumont and Laura Easterling (James) of Ellisville; and his stepdaughter Stacy Everett of Purvis. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
