She was predeceased by: her spouse Cary H. Blackburn; her parents, B. W. Sumrall and Mildred Pearlie Herrington; her former husband John Patrick McCoy (late Cary Hugh Blackburn); and her siblings, Shirley Gray, Dixie Broadway, Mildred Jo Williford and Jack Sumrall.
She is survived by: her children, Debra McCoy Brady of Ovett, MS and John David McCoy; and her sister Bonnie Jean Wilson of Ovett, MS. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
