She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Temple; her parents, James Wyatt West and Ida Mae Davenport West; and her siblings, Jimmy West, Wyatt West and Jane West Risner.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Swindle, James Swindle (Cynthia), Craig Temple, Richard Temple, Chelsea Swindle Lawson (Terry), Marsha Steinke and Teresa Eisel (Scott); her grandchildren, Matthew Smith (Suzanne Woy), Steffen Swindle, Andrew Smith (Alexis), Shelby Thompson (Jeffrey) and Joshua Smith; her great grandchildren, Lydia Kemp, Aiden Smith, Henry Smith and Blair Thompson; and her brother Gary West. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ellisville Funeral Home (1204 B Avenue, Ellisville, MS 39437). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the County Line Baptist Church (569 Will Young Rd, Ovett, MS 39464).
