He is survived by: his wife Sandra Stuart of Ovett; his children, Bobby Dale Stuart (Rachel) of Sumrall, Joseph Scott Stuart (Christopher) of Junction City, KS, Kevin Lavelle Stuart of Purvis, Lori Jean Simpson (Adam) of Ovett and Tammy Caroll Cady (Chris) of Sumrall; his grandchildren, Dustin, Dylon, Hailee, Meagan, Joseph, Callie, Ethan, Rebacca, Christin, Jaylen, Trinidy, Kaitlyn, Chance, Bobby Wayne, Ciearra, Chamber Lynn, Brianna, Whitney, Caroline and James; his great grandchildren, Payton, Brooklyn, Raelynn, Samuel, Ava, Tyran, Trintin, Talon and Greyson; and his siblings, William, Tim, Dennis, Michael Stuart, Lisa Stuart and Regina Stuart.
