He is survived by: his sons, Donald Ray Scarbrough (Patty) of Saucier and David Earl Scarbrough (Angie) of Perkinston; his siblings, James Scarbrough (Diane) of Ovett, Jeffrey Mills of Ovett, Alberta Whiteaker of Ovett and Debbie Martinez of Ohio; and his niece Selena Byrd of Ovett. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
