It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Ruth Broadway of Ovett, Mississippi, who passed away on January 23, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Rayford Broadway; her daughter Barbara Beech; her parents, John Willis Blackwell and Vinnie Vermell Holifield Blackwell; and her siblings, Billy Ray Blackwell, John Blackwell and Patricia Bunch.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Broadway (Glenda), David Broadway, Betty Cole (Robert Jr.) and Rhonda Williamson (Kevin); her grandchildren, Kristy Mitchum (Michael), Melanie Hall (Chris), Harold Beech Jr. (April), Jason Beech (Christy), Katelyn Williamson and Brooklyn Broadway; her great grandchildren, Zane Statum, Presleigh Hall, Rayland Hall, Mattie Beech and Sadie Beech; and her brother Bud Blackwell.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Broadway Cemetery.
