He was predeceased by: his parents, Benny Cliatt and Doroty Louise Phillips; and his siblings, Beverly Burks and Arnold Felton Phillips. He is survived by: his sister Lisa Trussell (Billy) of Ovett; and his brother-in-law Corky Burks of Richton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
