He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his children, Brittany Smith, Stephanie Floyd, Angela Simmons, Elizabeth Simmons and William Blake Leonard; and his grandchildren, Olivia (Abigail Smith), Alayna (Caleb Worley), Jana Floyd and Isabella Simmons (Eric Simpson).
