He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Strickland and Mae Strickland; his wives, Nettie Strickland, Elizabeth Strickland and Katherine Strickland; his sons, Eddie Earl Strickland and Bobby Strickland; his grandson Rodney Strickland; and his daughters-in-law, Rhonda Strickland and Tessie Strickland.
He is survived by: his children, Tommy Louis Strickland of Kentwood, LA, Ronnie Strickland (Verda) of Kentwood, LA and Deborah Strickland of Tylertown, MS; his stepdaughters, Ramona York (Daniel) and Teri Easley (Donnie); his grandchildren, Joseph, Timothy, Charlie, Trenton, Colton and Jennifer (Dawn); his great grandchildren, Lance, Cody, Duston, Hailey, Anna, Shelby, Whitney, Nathaniel, Easton, Astrid, Aubrey, Abel, Sarah, Levi, Adrian, Audrey and Chelsea; and his close friends, Tinsey DeBlanc and Eldwin "Cooter" Meyn.
