We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2025, at the age of 92, Weida E. Ringley (Olive Branch, Mississippi), born in Memphis, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Entrikin and Ethel Entrikin; and her husband Casper Ringley. She is survived by: her children, Kit Carson, Jr. (Lisa), Steve Carson and Jeannie Hatcher (David); her grandchildren, Anthony Moretta (Megan), Wesley Carson (Maranda), Jonathan Hatcher (Patti), Christopher Hatcher (Hollie), Michelle Crowder (Caleb), Hannah Pannell (John), Ashley Fizzell (Michael), Cameron Carson and David Willis (Briana); her great grandchildren, Phenley Carson, Melissa Carson, Vincenzo Moretta, Guiliana Moretta, Emilia Moretta, Lenon Crowder, Carson Crowder, Bennett Fizzell, Peyton Pannell, Tucker Pannell, Shepard Hatcher, Aliana Hatcher, Mason Carson, Sophia Carson, Stella and Austin Willis; and her sister Johnnie Ray Entrikin.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bethel Presbyterian Church (3810 Bethel Rd, Olive Branch, MS 38654). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
Weida's achievements were numerous and included receiving a Presidential award for teaching and a Governor's distinguished award for her contributions to 4-H.
