He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace McRae Box, Sr. and Mary Green Box; his grandson Colin Box; and his brothers, Terry Lee Box and Timothy Vaughn Box.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Box; his sons, Tim Box (April) and Chris Box (Melanie); his grandchildren, Terry, Trae, Kaela, Timothy and Zackary; and his brother Hollis Box (Carolyn). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to LeBonheur or St. Jude in his honor.
