He is survived by: his children, Cody Rodgers (Jessica) of Mayfield, KY, Leah Kluemper (Lance) of Mayfield, KY and Magen Fox of Mayfield, KY; and his brother James P. Payne (Heather) of Mayfield, KY. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
