He is survived by: his wife Lynette "Nettie" Howell; his children, Victor Norberg (Shayla), Melissa Norberg, Megan Norberg and Richard Howell, Jr.; his siblings, Larry Howell (Debbie), David Howell, Terry Howell (Nikki), Barbara Lawrence (Willie) and Brenda Hunter (Walter); and his grandchildren, Jason Norberg and Gemma Norberg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
