With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Allen DeGroff (Olive Branch, Mississippi), who passed away on March 26, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert DeGroff and Barbara DeGroff; his stepson Jason Stinson; and his brother Tom DeGroff. He is survived by: his wife Beth DeGroff; his children, Shari DeGroff, Barbie DeGroff, Susan Johnson (Toby) and Clint DeGroff; his sister Deborah Benham (Carl); his grandchildren, Matt (Dena), Sam, Kayla, Caleb (Danie), Austin (Maddie), Coleton, Jake, Emilie, Georgia, Anna and Joshua; and his great grandchildren, Daniel, Abby and Levi.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Labelle Haven Baptist Church (4800 MS-305, Olive Branch, MS 38654).
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions in Rick's memory to be made St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
