We are sad to announce that on March 15, 2023, at the age of 79, Phyllis Ann Freeman of Olive Branch, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Williams and Hugh Gordon Williams; her stepfather Albert J. Mullins "Pops"; her siblings, Sandra Joyce, Rebecca Sue Williams and Hugh Williams (Charles Freeman); and the father of her children Eugene E Haley.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Freeman; her children, Gene A Haley of Olive Branch, MS, Becky Cates (David) of Pontotoc, MS and Glen Haley (Ginger) of Olive Branch, MS.; her sister Debbie Jones of Raleigh, NC.; her grandchildren, James Lowe (Kacye), Brandon Haley (Alex), Josh Livesay (Koake), Chris Haley (Holli), Tyler Haley (Madison) and Madison Haley (Todd); her great grandchildren, Shayne, Haley Grace, Braylynn, Max, Rowan and Joann; and her aunts, JoEtta Williams and Gloria Biffle. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
