He was predeceased by: his wife Jo Frey; his daughters, Judith Malchester and Jill Richins; his parents, Clarice Frey and Hester Frey; and his siblings, Donna Thomas and William Frey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Julie DeLeon (Andrew) of Simi Valley, CA and Jeri Andrade of Huntington Beach, CA; his grandchildren, Geri Lowndes Rodriguez, Valerie DeLeon Dolley, Vanessa Miller, Desiree Manjarrez, Amanda Jaco, Crystal McQueen, Savannah Crittenden, Justine Richins-Griffin, Ron Lowndes, Jr., Michael Magana and Tony Magana; and his sister Dorothy Hornback. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
