He was predeceased by: his son Ronnie Clark; his parents, Thelma Marie Clark and Ethel Ellis Clark; and his siblings, Jim Clark and Dean Sanders.

He is survived by: his daughters, Cyndi Herrington of Olive Branch, MS, Debbie Clark of Olive Branch, MS, Amy Bynum (Ben) of Southaven, MS and Becky Clark of New York, NY; his siblings, Don Clark (Barbara) of Holden Beach, NC and Dot Ford of Bartlett, TN; his grandchildren, Andrew Herrington (Kayla) of Guntown, MS, Clark Paccasassi of Southaven, MS and Lily Bynum of Southaven, MS; and his great grandchild Aubrey Herrington of Guntown, MS. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of traditional flowers, donations may be made in honor of Mr. Max Clark to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (http://www.stjude.org) or to the Wounded Warrior Project (http://www.woundedwarriorproject.org).
