He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Burns (Ott); his children, Courtney Keen (Andrew) of Collierville, TN, Russell Burns (Jaime) of Morgantown, PA and William Burns (Christa) of Luray, Virginia.; his grandchildren, Kylie, Quentin, Liam, Luke, Anna and Gracie; his siblings, Betsy Houseworth and Tom Burns; and his godson Matthew Ott. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
