She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Marvin Walker and Elizabeth Pipkin Walker; and her husband James Frank Owen. She is survived by: her children, Kay Owen Marshall (Joe) of Rockford, IL, Barry S. Owen (Glenda) of Memphis, TN, Bill Owen (Angela) of Kirkland, WA, James Owen (Billie Ann) of Germantown, TN and Leigh Owen Evans (Tom) of Las Vegas, NV.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations could be made to Maples Memorial Methodist Church in Olive Branch, MS, or to Olive Branch Library.
