It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry J. Hazlerig (Olive Branch, Mississippi), who passed away on January 28, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Hazlerig and Ola Mae Hazlerig; his wife Joan Carolyn Hazlerig; and his siblings, Betty Shaw, Sue Blair, Donald Hazlerig, Lesa Everson and Nickey Hazlerig.
He is survived by: his children, Traci Campbell of Germantown and Cary Hazlerig (Catherine) of Spring Hill; his brother Jerry "Butch" Hazelrig (Brenda) of Covington, Tennessee.; his grandchildren, Jack Hazlerig, Hudson Hazlerig, Caroline Campbell and Paul Hazlerig; and his close friend Bardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Matthew 25 Ministries (a homeless ministry in downtown Memphis led his nephew, Pastor Greg Hazelrig).
