He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Martin and Daisy Ballengee Martin; his stepson Stephen Brown; and his siblings, Charlotte "Sue" Belt and Danny Martin.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Ann, Mike (Brenda) and Vicky Petrey (Doug); and his daughters, Angie Martin Lang and Allison Gardner.
