She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Evelyn Denton LaChance and John Wayman LaChance; and her brother Steven LaChance. She is survived by: her husband Sammie D. Mullins, Sr. of Olive Branch; her sons, Sam Mullins (Rhonda) of Olive Branch and David Mullins (Jeannie) of Cleveland, TN; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Ratcliff (Corey) of Cleveland, Michael Mullins (Lauren) of Olive Branch, Cole Mullins of Southaven, MS and Hayes Mullins of Oxford, MS; her great grandchildren, Easton Ratcliff of Cleveland and Ezra Mullins of Olive Branch; and her siblings, Shirley Powers of Collierville, TN, Cindy Copeland of Romeoville, IL, Bill LaChance (Patty) of Scottsdale, AZ and Rick LaChance (Paula) of Mesa, AZ. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
