He was predeceased by: his mother Tammy Star Horn; and his grandparents, Linda Horn, Ruth Quesenberry and Joseph Quesenberry. He is survived by: his father Otis Horn of English, WV; his brother Homer Horn of Olive Branch, MS; and his daughter Linda Horn of English.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Great Commission Church (7070 Reliance Ln, Olive Branch, MS 38654).
