He was predeceased by: his parents, John Allen and Clemmie Allen; his brothers, J. B. Allen (Joan) and Bobby Allen (Gale); and his daughter Cathy Laster (Mark).
He is survived by: his children, Michael Allen (Christy) and Marci Lincoln (Jason); and his grandchildren, Lauren, Rachel, Michael, Ashley, Jacob, Nick, Gabby, Ellie, Nathaniel, Brandon, Mackensie and Cody.
