He is survived by: his wife Linda Botto Norton; his siblings, James Russell Howell and Dianna Howell Davis; his nieces and nephews, Kellie, David (Gina), Heather (Daniel), Paige (Mike), Jay, Tony, Christina, Mary Ann, Melissa (Dane) and Stephanie (Matthew); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Addie (Trey), Zack (Madeline), Will, Blake, Luke, Gage, Joanna (James), Clay, Davina, Morgan, Zachary, Nicholas and Mason.
