She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Patrick Deal; her son Jack Patrick Deal, Jr.; her parents, Fronia Ritchie and James J. Ritchie; and her brothers, Bob Ritchie and Alfred Ritchie.
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Bertrand (Ernie) of Olive Branch, MS. She is also survived by two grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
