He was predeceased by: his father Hugh Alma Fuller (Edna Carver Fuller); his wife Emogene Storey; his mother Edna Carver Fuller (Emogene Storey Fuller); and his son Billy Frank Fuller, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Beverly Todd (Bobby) of Cordova, TN; and his grandchildren, Joshua Todd Jeremy (Abby) and Jessi Bolden (Jeff).
