He is survived by: his parents, Robert Whitt and Ophelia Whitt; his wife Alice Whitt of Okolona; his children, Lisa Gardner (Rickey) of Amory and Kenneth Whitt (Toni) of Okolona; his siblings, Ruth Franks of North Carolina, John Whitt of Athens, AL and Gene Whitt (June) of Okolona; his grandchildren, Mickie Dykes, Jared Harmon, Mindy Minga, William "Buddy" Kennedy, Robbie Whitt and Ashley Ramey; and his great grandchildren, Bentley Harmon, Kenzleigh Harmon, Grayson Truman Whitt, Marcus Minga, Mason Minga, Alyssa Whitt and Briley Dykes.
