He is survived by: his wife Patsy Miller Smart of Okolona; his daughter Karen Hall (Jeff); his grandchildren, Bryan Hall (Carley), Brent Hall and Brice Hall; his son Keith Smart (Marti); his grandsons, Tony Smart (Kasidi), Chance Smart (Summer) and Evan (Katie Jo); his son Marvin Smart; his grandchildren, Caleb Smart (Laken) and Caitlin Hawkins (Wesley); his son Brad Smart (Janet); his grandchildren, Sam Smart, Cara Smart, Reagan Smart and Laylaih Smart; and his siblings, Jane Pollan of Grenada and Wendell Smart of Grenada. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
