With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Harris (Okolona, Mississippi), who passed away on March 8, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Thomas Harris, Sr. and Sarah Moizelle Gryder Harris; and his brothers, Dr. John Ed Harris and Floyd Harris. He is survived by: his siblings, Lurrine and Bob; his wife Doris Andrews; his daughter Marilynne Harris Allen (Bill) of Meridian; his friends, Harold Stevens, Jon Hill, Ron Weismann and Janet Stevens; his grandchildren, Dr. William Taylor Allen (Taylor) of Covington, LA and Bailey Dungan (Will) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; his great grandchild Mary Andrews Dungan; and his sister Lurinne Busby of Okolona. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews; his loyal companion.
