He was predeceased by: his father Jake Curtis. He is survived by: his mother Jean Curtis; his wife Betty Curtis of Okolona; his children, Jennifer Curtis Brooks and Mark Curtis (Casey); his siblings, Joni Chandler (Gary) and Mike Curtis (Darlene); and his grandchildren, Anna, Andrew, Abbey, Aiden and Anderson.
