It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marvin McKissick (Okolona, Mississippi), who passed away on March 5, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Carole McKissick; his sons, Gary McKissick (Deborah), Johnny McKissick (Sharon), Steve Funderburk (Aida), Marty Funderburk and Ricky Funderburk (Teka); his parents, Ada Bell (Pettigrew) and Grady McKissick; and his brothers, Carl, Billy, Buddy and James.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Sanctuary Hospice House.
